THE WHO
Born and raised in the Lehigh Valley, shaped by discipline, competition, and relentless drive as a lifelong athlete, dee played four sports a year and spent over 15 years on the wrestling mat — a foundation that taught him how to lead, endure, and outwork the rest. Before entering construction, Dee built his first business in the marketing world while working full-time in sales. But construction had always been in the bloodline — with family deeply rooted in trades and renovation work. It wasn’t until his mid-20s that he caught the bug himself, stepping fully into the world of craftsmanship, tool obsessions, and transformation.
THE WHY
What began as passion quickly became purpose. After watching countless families get left behind by disorganized or dishonest contractors, he and his family saw an opportunity to do it differently — to build a company with integrity, systems, and a spiritual love for the work and the people it impacts. Today, Thunder Construction exists to provide that difference — one project, one promise, and one 5-star experience at a time.
